Here are a few engagements that can happen based on your skills/interests.

  1. TACJ Capsule Program

  2. ArmChair Companion
    1. ArmChair Companion shall take forward the writings published in the journal on social media and university premises
    2. The work does not require more than 5-6 hours per week, for 3 months
    3. ArmChair Companions are encouraged to publish 3 articles in the journal during the period
    4. Non-monetary engagement, Certificate of acknowledgment will be shared
  3. Contributing Writer
    1. After you publish 10 articles in the journal, you would be a contributing writer with us
    2. We would send you a certificate
  4. Web Design
    1. We are looking for someone who can help us improve the user experience on our website
    2. Make the long articles published on the website and the Theel Society work cohesively from the user’s point of view
    3. Make the website look like a work of art
  5. Articles Editor
    1. Get to work closely with our core team
    2. A Masters degree is compulsory
    3. Applicants from under-privileged backgrounds are encouraged to apply
    4. Non-monetary engagement for six months, a Certificate of acknowledgment will be shared
  6. Publishing Editor
    1. Take edited articles and schedule them on the website
    2. Required training will be provided for WordPress
    3. Non-monetary engagement for six months, a Certificate of acknowledgment will be shared
    4. Work on the Search Engine Optimization
  7. Growth Manager
    1. Focus on expanding the reach of the journal’s writings
    2. Focus on working towards receiving more articles from readers
    3. Reaching out to networks of writers/societies/universities/professors through emails
  8. Social Media Manager is in charge of our social media handles and helps them grow.
    1. Take charge of our Facebook handle
    2. Take charge of our Twitter handle
    3. Take charge of our LinkedIn handle
    4. Take charge of our Instagram handle
    5. Non-monetary engagement for four months, a Certificate of acknowledgment will be shared
  9. Graphic Designer
    1. Create interesting content based on the needs of the journal, as and when they come
    2. Engagement is for four months
    3. Non-monetary engagement, Certificate of acknowledgment will be shared
