Abhirup Roy is an undergraduate student at St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Kolkata, pursuing a B.A. in Political Science. Concomitant is his enthusiasm for International Relations and political thought. He believes in humble beginnings with a reliable foundation and considers reading and reflecting to be the supreme virtues—be it for the pages of a journal or the margins of one’s personal notebook. To his mind, Political Science is not just an academic pursuit but a living, breathing discipline that thrives on curiosity, dialogue, and innovation. He is also an ardent student of Indian Classical Music, which he regards, along with politics, as a twin-elixir for thoughtful living.
